MARGARET MCMILLAN
My name is Margaret, aka Marge, aka Margie, aka Marge the Stallion. I have been training with Dave coming up on two years. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Not only do I look better, but I feel better and I am much stronger and healthier than I have ever been. I was an athlete growing up, but I never trained with such intent, never had the nutrition piece of it and never would have put it all together if it weren’t for Dave.
The JUICEFIT family is just that, a family, I’ve met many wonderful people, people who motivate and support me. Training with Dave has brought so much confidence and happiness to me. I’m forever grateful for David and I’ve been so inspired, I am now a certified personal trainer myself and I am part of David’s first trainer internship program! More to come, but I’m going to continue to inspire and now help others find their confidence and the importance of training with intent!

I have been training with Dave for about four months now. In a short span of time, I lost 25 pounds, and my lifestyle has changed for the better. Dave's structure and diet plan has implemented much needed consistency in my life, and even though four months is not a long time, it has made a world of difference for me. What really keeps me coming back is the entire JuiceFit Family, everyone is so incredibly supportive and encouraging, it makes me look forward to coming in everyday. Dave himself is an incredible trainer- all of my progress is solely credited to him. He doesn't say things just to say them and he doesn't sugarcoat anything; he genuinely just wants you to learn and grasp what he's teaching you for your own benefit. |
AMELA DURIC
Before Dave, I had never worked with a personal trainer, nor had I stepped foot into a gym for years. I started at 140 pounds, dropped to 130 (which is quite low considering I'm 5'7), when I decided I wanted to start bulking. Dave revamped my plan, and it took me about 8 months to put on 20 pounds of muscle and become as toned as I am now. Girls often think that eating and lifting will make them look masculine, but it is a huge misconception! I now eat 3,000 calories a day and workout 3-4 times a week. I'm currently in the best shape of my life, and it is so incredibly rewarding and surreal to see the strength I've built over the past year and the ways in which I've leaned out. I'm putting up weight that I never imagined lifting. Training has improved everything from my endurance to my mental health. I just recently hit my one year milestone with Dave.
In the gym I absolutely love the ambience Dave and the whole JuiceFit fam brings. It's usually the highlight of my day. No matter what we're all going through, we all have a space where we can overcome that and leave feeling satisfied. Dave always pushes me to the next level, never over the edge. He believes in me even when I don't believe in myself, and having his support means the world.

Dave has been my trainer for four months now, and it has been a great journey thus far.
I've since put on 20 pounds of muscle and learned so much about nutrition. Dave taught me that two meals a day is definitely not sustainable, and once I implemented his diet plan for me, I've noticed I have WAY more energy throughout the day. I really enjoy coming to the gym because the vibe is always fun. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and I've even learned a lot about strength training and weight lifting through my peers. What I really love about Dave is how comfortable he makes everyone feel. He treats you like a friend and never makes you feel bad or dumb about your abilities or progress. He's always supportive and always there to help when I have questions. |

My name is Mandy, and I have been with Dave for nine months. In this time I have put on 15 pounds of muscle and made some remarkable progress lifting. The knowledge I've gained regarding nutrition also contributed A TON to reaching my goals, which was something I never got with other trainers.
What I love about Dave is he's extremely intelligent- he doesn't just tell you what to do, he tells you why you're doing it and how it will help you reach your goals. His ten years of experience is very evident in the way he handles every single one of us, and it builds the type of trust you need with your trainer. Dave also does a great job at motivating me, especially when I can't motivate myself. I don't know where I would be without him pushing me, day in and day out.

My fitness journey started almost a year ago after dealing with an injury that resulted in a 30 pound weight loss. Dave is a trainer that is so aware and knowledgable, and I feel lucky to have found him. I have been training with him for three months now. He always makes sure my back is in check, and his guidance is incredibly reassuring.
In my short time with Dave, I have already lost a few inches off my waist and gained 3 inches in my hips. It's amazing how he pushes you, really pushes you, and in turn you find strength you didn't know was there. Even when I start doubting myself, Dave always reminds me that I'm more than capable, and it's enough to motivate me and keep me going. KYLEE SILVERMAN
I started training with David one year ago. We sat down together and spoke about my goals. He took the time to truly listen and get to know me and I could tell he really believed in my potential. I committed to working out with David 4x a week and never missed a session. I lost over 70 pounds and got to my goal within 8 months on JuiceFit’s plan. The biggest difference I have seen from David compared to other trainers is the knowledge based workouts. Everything David has us doing is throughly planned through his research and education behind weight training. The workouts are fun/challenging and the results are addicting. I have put on so much muscle that I have no loose skin from the rapid weight loss. My confidence and quality of life has drastically improved. Dave has truly changed my life for the better.
