MARGARET MCMILLAN
My name is Margaret McMillan (AKA Marge or Margaret the Stallion).
I was born in Silver City, NM and have lived in Arizona for over 10 years. I have 5 older brothers and I have always been involved in sports and athletics, in one capacity or another. Whether it be playing basketball, volleyball or golf, working in college athletics or selling baseball bats to MLB players. I rediscovered my love for strength training in my thirties, when I needed to make a change in my health. I’ve been training with JuiceFit going on three years and I love the challenge, community, confidence and energy it gives me. I encourage all my clients to find their confidence and be the best versions of themselves. My clients inspire me to be better everyday. Continual learning and adapting to new challenges/changes are a big part of my philosophy. I’m happy and so thankful to be apart of the JuiceFit family. I can’t wait to help as many people as I can become stronger, more confident and reach their goals, physically, mentally and emotionally. EDITH
Hi guys! My name is Edith! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and a coach here at Vibranium Athletics.
My love for fitness is what drove me to fall in love with resistance training. I used to be that person that would stay in the gym for two to three hours doing random IG workouts, barely eat, and avoid heavier weights. But after COVID gym closures hit, that’s when I was able to connect with Dave. Since then, I have had the privilege of being coached and mentored by the best in the business. I have learned so much from being coached by him and interning underneath his supervision that the knowledge I have I pass along to my clients. I guess you can say that what started out as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. And as the passion grew, I fell in love with everything about resistance training. The technique of each exercise, how to structure a workout, how to modify a movement, the mental health benefits, and the ability to push yourself to your own limits. My goal is to help individuals build a healthy relationship with fitness, build strength and muscle, and most importantly build confidence both inside and outside the gym. Resistance training has truly changed my life and it is something that brings me joy. And helping others thrive in their fitness journey has been one of my life greatest blessings. |
COURTNEY SMITH
My name is Courtney and I have been a personal trainer for about eight months now.
I started my fitness journey with Dave almost two years ago, at first not realizing how much of an impact it would have on my life. I found even the most difficult aspects of training became the most empowering challenges. In the gym, it's really you vs. you and it has absolutely become a necessary part of my everyday life. To me, it is a cathartic experience that changed my lifestyle entirely. Watching yourself grow through fitness is so rewarding. Watching the way Dave changed people's lives inspired me, and I realized that this is the career I want. To empower women, exactly how I was empowered. I promise to push my clients to challenge themselves and discover their best selves. |
